Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched. We accept standard payment methods widely used in Bangladesh. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

We arrange delivery of our products within Dhaka and across Bangladesh. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
While we aim to ensure prompt delivery to your home, SteadyResults Aroma is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural occurrences, or other unforeseen circumstances. The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your home fragrance purchases. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
Due to the nature of scented candles and diffusers, we cannot accept returns on items that have been lit, opened, or used, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is inspected.

Decorative candles and diffusers must be used responsibly. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep products out of reach of children and pets. Do not place candles near flammable materials, drafts, or on unprotected surfaces.
SteadyResults Aroma assumes no liability for damages or injuries resulting from the improper use, neglect, or misuse of our products. Always follow the safety instructions provided on the product packaging.
